Meeting Point
Location: Park Visitor Center, 171 Shoreline Drive, Harpers Ferry, WV
Your guide will meet you at the Visitor Center and direct your group to key sites throughout the park. You’ll exit the vehicle and explore on foot, finishing with a scenic walk through several blocks in the historic Lower Town.
After Your Tour: Stay and explore the town’s shops, restaurants, and scenic views.
Note: This is a walking tour. Some paths are uneven, so wear comfortable shoes.
New Tour: 19th-Century Virginius Island
Step off the beaten path and explore the industrial history of Virginius Island. This 2.5-hour tour leads you through factory ruins and former homes while your guide explains how this once-thriving area powered Harpers Ferry’s economy.

Group Rates
Rates are per group, based on group size:
- 1–6 guests: $80
- 7–20 guests: $130
- 21–40 guests: $180
- 41+ guests: $225
Note: Rates are subject to change. National Park Entrance Fee not included.
For Commercial & Group Tours
- Buses must reserve one guide each; caravaning between park areas is not allowed.
- Up to three cars may caravan per guide.
- Guides are not available daily. Please book at least 48 hours in advance.
- Pre-registration and payment are required.
Cancellation & Weather Policy
- Tours happen rain or shine.
- Visitor cancellations are refundable minus a 20% administrative fee.
- If the park closes unexpectedly, we’ll issue a full refund.
- You may reschedule based on guide availability.
