- Enter the Visitor Center at the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park at 171 Shoreline Drive, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425
- take the park shuttle into Lower Town
- Exit the shuttle bus and walk to the end of Shenandoah Street and take a right toward The Point.
